From Milk Collection to Delivery

Arat Mekerakir Trading PLC is a dairy processing and distribution company in Addis Ababa. Current daily production 10,000 L; expanding to 20,000 L. We work with farmers and cooperatives and distribute through cold chain.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Quality & Food Safety at Every Step

Raw milk testing at collection, cold-chain transport, full laboratory testing at factory (milk analyzer, lactometer, pH meter, alcohol testing, incubators, sterilizers), and hygienic automated production. Current capacity 10,000 L/day; expanding to 20,000 L/day.

EXPANSION STRATEGY

Expansion to 20,000 Liters per Day

We are increasing daily production capacity from 10,000 to 20,000 liters. Our factory is equipped with modern processing machinery and laboratory facilities. We distribute through company-owned vehicles and authorized agents to supermarkets, cafeterias, hotels, retail shops, and institutional buyers.
